Thomas V. Moon - CEO
After serving his country in WWII (US Army), Tom graduated from Otterbein College and in 1947 joined his father, Vernon, founder of Moon & Adrion, in servicing his clients' needs. With Tom's guidance, the agency has continued to grow while remaining true to its founding principles. Tom has served as Treasurer of the Ohio Professional Insurance Agents, been active in the local YMCA and his church. While semi-retired, Tom still enjoys coming to the agency to welcome new and long time clients and friends. |
Craig T. Moon, CPIA, CIC - President
Craig, after graduating from Middletown High (Class of '72) and Otterbein College (Class of '76) became the third generation to work in the family business. Craig has earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) degree and currently serves on the State of Ohio PIA/CIC Education Committee. He was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the Butler County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities. Craig and his wife Melanie, are the proud parents of Tal and Addie. |

Robert (Rob) G. Kilburn - Vice President / Marketing
Rob, after graduating from Middletown High (Class of '72) and Miami University (Class of '78), worked 22 years for Armco before joining the Moon & Adrion team in 1995. Rob has also obtained his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation so he may further serve his clients' insurance needs. Rob and wife, former Pam Majors, are the proud parents of two sons, Kyle and Tad. Rob's favorite leisure time activities include golf and boating on Lake Cumberland with family and friends. |
Kyle Kilburn - Associate Producer
Kyle, our newest agent, is the son of Pam and Rob Kilburn, a graduate of Monroe High School (Class of 2003) and Eastern Kentucky University (2007) with a Bachelors Degree in Insurance and Risk Management. Kyle is continuing to build upon his seven years part time experience and insurance knowledge by becoming a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). This is a designation held by very few agents. While in high school, Kyle participated in football and amateur rodeos, enjoys pleasure boating, fishing and four wheeling. He is a member of the Monroe United Methodist Church and is engaged to Sarah Mealey with a planned May 2008 wedding. Kyle is a welcome addition to the Moon & Adrion team and is ready to assist you in your individual insurance needs. |
Talbott Moon -
Tal, a Middletown native, has joined with the Moon & Adrion Insurance Inc.,Agency beginning January 5, 2009. Tal is a Middletown High School graduate (class of '00) and Miami University (class of '04) with a Bachelor Degree in Political Science. Tal is the fourth generation of the Moon Family to be associated with Moon & Adrion following in the footsteps of his father, his grandfather and his great-grandfather, the founder of the Agency. Previously employed by United States Representative John Boehner, Tal worked in Representative Boehner's offices in Butler County and Miami County. While in high school Tal was a member of the Middletown "Middies" Baseball and Cross-country teams. At Miami University he was member of Kappa Alpha Order Fraternity and served as the chapter corresponding secretary. In his spare time he enjoys wakeboarding, skiing, and reading. Tal and his wife Leigh Ann, are active members of The Oaks Community Church in Middletown, Ohio. |
